The award is open to any investment deal closed in Central & Eastern Europe between July 2023 and June 2024

Assessment criteria:

  • The Value of the transaction (in EUR)
  • The yield
  • The sources of financing
  • The type, size, location and age of the product

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.

Please provide a concise description of the project/projects/portfolio that was sold, including the following information: location, size of individual buildings, functions (e.g., commercial, residential, mixed-use), age of the properties, total area, and any other notable features (e.g., architectural design, sustainability certifications, historical significance, tenant profile). Additionally, you may include information about the transaction structure, investment value, key stakeholders, and any unique aspects that contributed to the success of the deal
