The competition starts on July 15th.

The award is open to any construction company active on Poland’s real estate market between July 2023 and June 2024. The jury will consider the company’s activity, presence and reputation on the market, as well as the number, size, significance and reputation of projects completed.

Assessment criteria:

  • The value of the company’s order book for 2025
  • The key projects constructed between July 2023 and June 2024
  • The presence and reputation on the Polish market
  • The value of projects constructed between July 2023 and June 2024
  • The company’s margins on contracts
  • The company’s financial results (eg. net profit, revenues)

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
